H. O. "Tug" Mathisen (2002-2007)
Tug is a native of Charleston who enjoys sharing his love of the Lowcountry and the automobile through his art. He is a member of the SC Watercolor Society and Charleston Artist Guild. Tug began drawing at an early age and continues to study and work in watercolor and acrylics. Aside from painting, Tug is also an automotive enthusiast who finds enjoyment working with Porsche sports cars.

T. Norris Haynes (2008-2010)
T. Norris Haynes has spent his entire life in the Jamestown, North Carolina area except for the time he served with the U.S. Air Force including service in Vietnam, after which time he returned to North Carolina and has made it his permanent home.For the next 33 years Norris worked as an engineering draftsman with the city of High Point before retiring in 1999."For as long as I can remember I have had an interest in sports cars. I was fortunate to actually do some sports car racing acquiring a road racing competition license in 1975". Another interest of Norris's was older, propeller driven, aircraft such as J-3 Piper Cubs, Bi-planes and War Birds. He spent time with folks of the same interest actually flying some of these aircraft. In 1999 he combined engineering drawing experience and his love for cars and aircraft into producing artwork of these beautiful and historic machines. He attends carshows, airshows and "fly-ins" every chance he gets and picks subjects to draw and paint. Norris's artwork has been displayed in many publications and catalogs.

Dan McCrary (2011)
Combining a photo-realist approach to watercolor technique with a unique and adventurous sense of composition, Dan McCrary applies his vision to a wide variety of automotive subjects. The Development of reflection and shine can be played to the maximum on one piece, and then he shifts into another gear to depict in amazing detail the rust and pitted chrome of an aging derelict.
Dan was born in 1949 in Raleigh, N.C. As early as age 5, he was attending races and becoming fascinated with automobiles in general. He attended East Carolina University and worked for several years as a musician before turning to the fulltime pursuit of automotive art in the early eighties. Dan's award-winning work has been widely published and can be found in numerous prominent individual and corporate collections. He now resides in Charlotte, N.C. with his wife Lynn and daughter Danielle.
